We'll never be able to grow cacao beans in the northern hemisphere, so the journey from cacao bean to finished Simply® bar depends entirely on excellent partners who can deliver the very best chocolate, the most delicious Persian liquorice, the sweetest fresh dates and the most flavourful peanuts. We continually strive to thoroughly evaluate each supplier across quality, CSR, child labour practices, documentation, innovation, pricing, delivery and availability. This rigorous approach enables us to ensure that only the finest natural ingredients make it into our chocolate.

Some things never change. Here at our factory, we still blend our chocolate mixtures with care and dedication. We precisely weigh each ingredient in small bowls – not too much, not too little. Why? Because we believe we can better achieve the perfect balance between natural ingredients and premium chocolate when we control the process and pay attention to the details – rather than simply pressing a button. We're detail-oriented, we're obsessive, and we take pride in our work. And we genuinely believe that our production method is what creates the simple, authentic and natural experience we strive for every single day.
