Hi, I am Creamy Carol.
I was not created on a random day. I was dreamed up by people who believed that caramel could be more than just sweet; it could be genuine, soft, balanced, and full of personality.
My journey began at a small Danish chocolate factory where natural ingredients, stirred caramels, and dark chocolate of the kind you speak of in silence were experimented with. There was no room for additives or shortcuts. Only patience, craftsmanship, and ambitions.
Deep down, I am made of the softest caramel you can imagine, one that melts slowly and tastes long. Around me lies a layer of dark award-winning chocolate, which not only balances my sweetness but elevates it. A contrast that works because it is well thought out.
I am the result of a love for the simple and respect for the good. I carry my Danish roots with pride and am always ready for a daily break where only the best is good enough.

Yes - our chocolate bars are made with care for both people and the planet. Production takes place at our own Danish factory, which is partially powered by solar panels – a concrete step toward reducing the CO₂ footprint throughout the entire production process.
We’re also a member of Cocoa Horizons and use Fairtrade-certified cocoa, ensuring better living conditions for cocoa farmers and support for their local communities.
Our chocolate bars always have at least 2 months of shelf life when shipped - and often much longer. Many bars stay fresh for 6-9 months from production, giving you plenty of time to enjoy them.
The exact best-before date is always printed on the packaging.
Our chocolate bars should be stored in a dry place at room temperature – no refrigeration needed.

Each bar is handmade in Denmark in small batches, with a focus on taste, quality, and balance.
