Our protein bars contain between 23–25% protein per bar – equivalent to approximately 12–14 grams, depending on the variety.
That’s enough to support muscle building and help keep you feeling full for longer.
The bars have a long shelf life and don’t require refrigeration – just store them in a dry place at room temperature.
