What is Simply Chocolate?

Simply Chocolate is created with honest and fair quality raw materials by Danish chocolatiers and produced with respect for both people and our planet. Our range includes chocolate boxes for every special occasion as well as a tempting selection of premium chocolate bars. We are on a journey to expand the business online and make the chocolate available to both Danish and international customers through the webshop. Maybe you should join?

Your role on the team

As Ecommerce Coordinator, you will help with setting up and updating landing pages, including front pages, categories and content pages, to ensure an optimal user experience. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the product range on the webshop, and you will, in collaboration with the marketing and product department, help launch new products. You will also carry out promotional activities on selected products and categories. An important part of your role is to optimize the webshop with a focus on user-friendliness and SEO, so that we can increase our visibility and attract more visitors. In addition, you will be responsible for order handling and monitoring of stock management. This includes communicating with customers when necessary to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and updating landing pages, including front pages, categories and content pages.
• Maintenance of the product range on the webshop.
• Optimizing the webshop with a focus on usability and SEO.
• Cooperation with the marketing and product department regarding the launch of new products and promotional activities on selected products/categories.
• Monitoring of stock management, order handling and return of products, incl. communication with customers when relevant

Who are you and where do you work?

We imagine that you are studying a relevant degree, e.g. at KEA, ITU or similar. The most important thing, however, is that you have approx. 12-15 hours a week, where you want to contribute with energy, responsibility and desire to learn.

You will be part of a team that is passionate about natural chocolate and where responsibility and care are always the main ingredients in our recipes. At the top of the factory (and the office) you can enjoy the sight of our solar cell system, which makes us self-sufficient in energy when the weather forecast says blue skies in Copenhagen. We just mean, responsible chocolate tastes better.
