If you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop, you do not need to do anything, as long as the name, mobile number and e-mail are correct. If you have chosen home delivery and the package has not been sent yet, write to us as soon as possible to the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org .

The delivery time in Denmark is typically 1-3 working days.
The delivery time outside Denmark is typically 3-14 working days.
All our packages are insured and with a track & trace number. When your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information that enables you to track your package.

Return & refund
You have the right to cancel your purchase without reason within 14 days. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food, cf. the Consumer Contracts Act. If you have purchased several items in one order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some (not food) or all items. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person chosen by you (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

Order as a gift
Of course! just write the delivery information to the recipient of the gift, make sure to write your own information under the billing address.
The recipient's email and mobile number are used for notification if the package arrives at a package shop, you can add your own information if you want the package to be a surprise, but make sure to notify the lucky recipient if the package is sent to a package shop, if the recipient is not at home.
